expert en sinistres, enquêteur-régleur (AAIARD) Note: Depuis l'avènement de la Loi 134 (loi du Québec sur les intermédiaires de marché), le terme "expert en sinistres" est réservé exclusivement aux experts en sinistres indépendants et ceux aux services des assurés(ajusteurs publics).
